Refund and Returns Policy

To ensure the safety and comfort of the Hotel guests during their stay, we have clarified some guidelines.

  • Room check-in is from 2 p.m. Check-out is until 12 p.m.
  • Guests are given the key upon registration at the reception. Guests are required to hand over their keys to the receptionist upon departure. If guests lose or do not return the key they are obligated to pay a penalty of 20 EUR.
  • Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document.
  • For the summer period starting from the 1st of April to the 30th of September every year, the quiet hours are from 15:00 to 17:30 (siesta) and from 23:00 to 07:00 (night peace). We invite every guest to be careful during this period of the day and nighttime and not cause noise that can disturb other guests.
  • Disturbing other Guests is not allowed. The hotel keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guest who disturbs other Guests or disrespects House Rules.
  • We assume that the Guests are familiarized with and fully understand the Hotel Rules at the beginning of their stay in the Hotel.
  • For your convenience, we have provided a safe deposit box (additional fee of 2 EUR), located in the wardrobe in your room. The hotel bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. In case of any loss, you are kindly requested to inform Reception immediately. We suggest you double-check the safe deposit box in your room upon departure from the Hotel.
  • All rooms have air conditioning. The service is provided for a 7 EUR per day fee. Please turn off the air conditioning machine if the windows are opened or if windows are not properly closed. We care about saving energy and saving the environment!
  • The hotel is entirely non-smoking. In case of non-compliance with this rule, Hotel is obliged to charge a penalty of 100 EUR according to the local Law.

  • Wi-Fi internet is free and available throughout the entire hotel. the Password is provided at the Reception and on your key card folder
  • Linen and towels are changed every third day. We can change more often upon your request. We care about saving the environment!
  • In all Guest rooms DO NOT DISTURB sign has been provided. The hotel rule is that this sign cannot be displayed for longer than 24 hours. After this time, Hotel reserves the right to enter the room due to Safety and Security reasons.
  • Hotel guests must have appropriate clothing and footwear when moving through the hotel’s public spaces. Especially in our restaurant, during breakfast, our guests should wear clothes (no swimsuits and half-naked) and wear shoes.
  • It is not allowed to take explosives, weapons, inflammable materials other dangerous chemicals into the hotel.
  • It is not allowed to bring food and beverage from outside in the hotel. The hotel keeps the right to move this food and beverage.
  • It is not permitted to use iron, hot plates, electric heaters or any other heater device.
  • For your convenience hotel staff will help guide you to parking spots around the hotel. The hotel takes no responsibility for any damage or loss of your vehicle on the available street parking spots.
  • Airport transfers are available 24 hours with pre-arrangement. The official price will be agreed upon at the Reception.
  • For any damage caused by the Guest to the hotel property, the Guest is due to cover the cost of the damage to the Hotel.
  • Guests may have visitors in their rooms which must be registered at the Reception. Visits are allowed until 8 p.m. and in case of extended visits (after 8 p.m.), the hotel will charge an additional amount of 50 euros including VAT per person per night, as a supplement for the next guest.
  • The hotel keeps the right to require a guarantee for extra expenses during the reservation process or at check-in.
  • All departures after 12 p.m. will be considered late departures and an additional cost of 10 EUR per hour will be applied to the Guest’s hotel account. If a departure is after 6 p.m. an extra night including breakfast, will be charged. Please check for details with Reception.
  • If during your stay, for whatever reason, you need to check out earlier, it is necessary to inform Reception 24h prior to departure. Otherwise, a full night’s stay with breakfast will be charged.
  • In case of cancellation of further Guest stay by the Hotel caused by misbehaviour and disrespect of Hotel Rules, Hotel reserves the right to charge for the full length of stay as per reservation.
  • The fridge is available during your stay. Please keep in mind to close the door properly when you don’t take or put things inside.
  • In case of a fire alarm, please follow instructions from the evacuation plan attached to your main room door.
  • It is not allowed to take out from the hotel the room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels). If you need towels for the pool please ask personnel working in the pool bar. Towels for the sea can be given upon request with an extra fee of 3 euros per towel/day (VAT included).
  • If you have any suggestions on hotel service or if you have any technical problems in your room, please be free to inform us at your earliest convenience. In case of late notice for any complaints that you might have, when the hotel has no chance to react, those situations will not be considered as a reason for an accommodation rate discount.
  • The Pool area is open daily from 10 am to 8 pm.
  • Guests staying at the hotel may use the swimming pool area free of charge.
  • A proper swimming costume is a must for using the swimming pool facilities.
  • Do not apply any lotion/cream on the body before entering the pool.
  • Taking shower before entering the pool is mandatory, and it is also advisable to take bath with soap after leaving the pool. There are 2 shower tubes in the area of the swimming pool.
  • Children below 14 years must be accompanied by an adult in swimwear.
  • Children swimming with inflated teaching aid need strict supervision by their parents.
  • Use of an infant life vest is encouraged and is available upon request per the availability.
  • In case you have long hair please ensure that you put on a swimming cap before entering the pool.
  • Use the pool ladder to enter and exit the swimming pool to avoid any injury.
  • Diving is strictly prohibited as it can lead to injury.
  • The pool is only for swimming, any other fun play in the pool should be avoided.
  • Any person suffering from a known serious medical condition (e.g. heart disease, severe circulation problems, epilepsy or respiratory problems) should not use the Swimming Pool.
  • Chewing tobacco, pan masala etc. inside the pool premises is strictly prohibited.
  • A person under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted in the pool or surrounding area.
  • Spitting, spouting water, and blowing your nose in the pool are prohibited.
  • Throwing litter on pool premises is strictly prohibited as it may choke pipelines/drainage systems of the swimming pool.
  • Do not wear the holy thread, a golden chain, rings or other similar things while swimming.
  • Kindly keep all valuables far from the public areas, management cannot be held liable for the loss of any valuables or other personal property left at the swimming pool premises.
  • Do not swim when you are hungry, exhaustive, overheated and for at least three hours after the meal.
  • Follow the instructions of the staff on duty at all times for your safety.
  • Food and drinks are not permitted on the pool decks.
  • Gum chewing is not permitted anywhere in the pool area for health and safety reasons.
  • Walk, do not run in and around the pool facility for your and others’ safety.
  • The hotel or Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property, injury, disability or fatality even death arising from whatsoever reasons while exercising or playing in the swimming area.
  • Guests swim at their own risk and the Hotel will not be responsible for any injuries while using the Hotel facilities.
